Shipping Rates & Delivery Times To provide you with the best experience, we offer two convenient shipping options for all UK orders at checkout:

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sanavie Beauty Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all safety seals intact. Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on beauty or skincare products that have been opened or used.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. To start a return, simply contact our support team at SupportSanavie@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and the correct return address.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your order is packed with care, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, please accept our apologies. Contact us at SupportSanavie@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
